Day 2 #backtobackbends is Virabhadrasana B, Warrior II. My alignment on the second side isn't as good as I'd like it to be. But that's life, we aren't perfect and that's ok. Instead of always sharing our perfection sometimes we have to be brave enough to put our flaws and faults out there. I love how the practice keeps me humble, even an asana that I've been doing for years offers me a mirror of self-reflection and inner awareness.
