We have designed next month's yoga challenge to help inspire you to become stronger and more flexible in your backbends! This challenge is meant to help you stay accountable to your practice, inspire you, learn new tips and tricks and also connect you with the amazing community on @Instagram. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the challenge for those that participate daily.
HOW TO ENTER:

2. Starting July 1, share a photo of the challenge pose for that day after you practice.
