Day 25 #mayibeginyoga2015 is Anjanayasana. This deep lunge is a great prepare for backbends and a safe and accessible way to open the hips. You can start off nice and easy and slowly work deeper as your strength and flexibility allow. Like all backbends keep space between the joints of the spine and avoid crunching or compressing the back to try to go deeper. Check my YouTube channel for full tutorials.
