Day 13 #mayibeginyoga2015 is Navasana, Boat Pose. This isn’t everyone’s favorite, but it should be because there is almost no better core strengthener in yoga than this! In order to access the core you will need to keep the lower belly drawn in and lift up with the space between the sitting bones. Pull the legs in to that strength rather than just kicking out or up to try to lift the legs.
