The yoga practice is progressive, which means that you never just into the most difficult poses. Lessons are presented in easier poses where it is more approachable. You ahoukd never feel challenged to the pint of wanting to quit or being overwhelmed. Some people runaway from leg behind the poses, but all leg behind the head poses are actually built up with health forward burning technique. What looks like an impossible, borderline magical circus trick is often the result of years of practice. There was no way I could out my leg behind my head when I started, no way at all. I've been practicing Ashtanga Yoga every day for nearly 16 years. Get on your mat, put in the work every day, that's what matters, that's what makes a difference in your practice and in your life.
