Day 11 #mayibeginyoga2015 is Utkatasana, Chair Pose. Start off the the base of the big toes together. Sink down into the hip joints while actively drawing the knees together. Pivot down into the hips while sucking the lower belly in. Then use that as your foundation and lift the torso upwards, creating space between the ribs and the hips.
