Day 26 #JourneytoHandstand is Handstand Splits. This is one of the easiest ways to find balance in a handstand, but it's also one of the easiest ways to let your lower back take the pressure of the pose. Be sure to keep the pelvic floor engaged and think about creating space between the joints of the spine. Keep the shoulders actively pressing to build strength and stability as your foundation.
