Day 25 #JourneytoHandstand is Lowering Down to Pike. The easiest way to get this is by starting off in a straight handstand and slowly lowering down. Control the movement by sending the shoulders forward while keeping the hips lifted and back with your core strength. Once you get that try jumping straight into the pike from downward dog.
