Day 22 #JourneytoHandstand is Astavakrasana, Eight Angle Pose. This asymmetrical ark balance actually helps create more balanced strength in the shoulder girdle over time as long as you do both sides for an equal about of time. Be sure to distribute the work between the core, shoulders and legs. Only transition into the pose from an inversion once you're stable and can jump back from it.
