Life teaches you lessons all the time, then tests you on that lesson by increasing the amount of intensity you can take. Just like the asana practice. First you practice one pose and then it lays the foundation for a more challenging one. If you think you're strong then yoga will challenge you by presenting poses of increasing difficulty. Be prepared because life will do the exact same thing. Yoga counts when life is difficult, when things feel overwhelming. Nobody needs help to enjoy a sunny day when everything goes your way. But to be strong enough to be nice and share love when everything goes wrong, that is the strength of yoga.
