Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. I have not experienced another practice as grounding, balancing, healing, energizing or as humbling as this foundational order of poses. No matter how long I've been practicing returning to the Primary Series is friendly reminder of the simple efficacy of this practice. It seems to have more to teach me each time I get on the mat.
