Day 22 #justbepresent is Eka Pada Koundinyasana. The posture itself is not so hard but the transitions make it more challenging. The trick to lifting your back leg is to use the pelvic floor and a little backbend. Keep the shoulders stable and don't hinge in the corners of the shoulders.
