Day 19 #justbepresent is Grasshopper Pose. This arm balance is a great way to deepen the external rotation of the hip joint of the bent leg with dynamic flexibility. It's easier if you bent the elbows and pivot down a little, but for an extra challenge see if you can straighten the arms. Check my YouTube channel for a full tutorial just out.
