So many people give up before they try. Just by looking at a posture they decide that they can't do it. You need good technique to be sure you're working properly. But what really makes the difference is putting in the work every day. I wasn't strong at all when I started yoga, but with slow steady progress over many years i have found a method that guides people along the journey of inner strength. I love being present for the moment when someone who thinks their arms are too short or their butt is too big to ever lift up off the ground actually does the very thing they think is impossible.
