Day 30 #BalanceBasics is Urdhva Dhanurasana, backbending. This video is the traditional three backbends done in the Ashtanga method were you only out the top of the head down to rest and walk in each time. In backbends if your thighs are burning that's a good sign because strong legs support your lower back. But remember not to push too hard to soon--as a general rule if your back doesn't feel you have the space don't move in deeper, wait for the strength and flexibility.
