Day 28 #BalanceBasics is Pinchamayurasana Prep, which could also be a variation on Dolphin Plank. Just like in headstand if you cannot find your balance on the forearms holding this prep position will give you the strength and stability in the shoulders and core to one day do the complete posture. Think about spreading your shoulder blades away from each other while drawing the elbows towards each other. Engage the core, draw the abs in and more than anything else remain calm and balanced. It took me two years of trying every day before I found my balance in Pinchamayurasana--I hope this prep makes your journey faster and smoother than mine was ?
