Day 29 #BalanceBasics is the L-shape Handstand. This is one of the best ways to practice jumping into handstand without the wall. The weight of the leg towards the chest prevents you for falling over. To jump up keep the shoulders engaged and stable while sending the hips over the solid foundation of the arms. Point the lifted leg up and find the vertical line. Don't overshoot or jump too hard or else you'll extend the back and break the line of your handstand.
