GAINZ DUNGEON FULL BODY SESSION 💪🍑🔥
Hello and welcome back to the GAINZ DUNEGN (AKA my garage gym)
It’s no secret I love training booty and am all about glute building, I even made a dedicated Instagram for glute focused content @datbootybydb 🍑
But I do train my full body and am actually currently working on improving my upper body strength. Not only does having a stronger body make me feel badass but training your upper body can help accentuate your waist and booty… so I wanted to share this recent full body workout full of pauses and pain, enjoy!
WORKOUT
1️⃣ Pause Bulgarian Split Squats (1 sec pause)
3 Sets x 8 reps
2️⃣ Barbell Bent Over Row
2 Sets x 10 reps
3️⃣ Banded hip thrust
3 Sets x 10, 8, 5 reps
(Drop Set, Weight Increase each set)
4️⃣ Bench press
2 Sets x 7 reps
5️⃣ Slow Eccentric Goblet Squats (5 sec lowering)
2 Sets x 8 reps
6️⃣ Plate Press
2 Sets x 10 reps
