I am often asked what are the best exercises for booty gains! Back when I first started training my glutes I worked out at home in the comfort of my living room (at this time the gym was a bit of a scary and intimidating place). I grew my glutes using bodyweight only exercises and a resistance band. A lot of people overcomplicate glute training, it is about consistency and fueling your body (and gains!).
