SWEAT CHALLENGE WEEK 3!
Ladies does anyone struggle on Monday mornings? 🤣
We all know some people find Mondays are their least favourite day of the week. I TOTALLY get it. It can be so hard to feel motivated to get up and go to work or to get a workout in. I feel like this as well from time to time... sometimes we just want to stay in bed!
BUT Mondays are actually a perfect opportunity to put yourself in a great mindset that will set you up for a successful week ahead. This morning I rewrote my challenge goals to motivate myself to get out of bed and to get ready to smash a great workout with you all. I want you all to look back at your challenge goals and think:
👉 Why did I set these goals?
👉 What am I trying to achieve?
👉 What am I going to do today to help me achieve these goals?
👉 Have I scheduled in my workout in?
