In July, Ludo Lefebvre closed his celebrated Michelin-star restaurant Trois Mec due the pandemic, but he has decided to reopen it as a Parisian-inspired kebabs pop-up restaurant, @ludobabla. Opening today, the casual takeout spot will feature vadouvan lamb skewers, peppercorn-marinated sirloin, and even grilled ratatouille skewers with tomato sauce, grilling everything over a wood-burning grill.
