Gina (@gigigaribaldi) has been on an INCREDIBLE journey with my #BBG program. She initially started her health and fitness journey to become physically stronger and healthier, but now she uses my program because of the way it makes her feel. Gina says that since she began working out using BBG, she is the most confident she has ever been. ⁣

Becoming stronger through her workouts has allowed Gina to be healthier and happier, and feel more confident in all aspects of life. Whether she is working as a nurse, spending time with her family or getting her workouts done, BBG has taught her that she is capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to. ⁣
