Angela (@onehappyfitmum) is a BOSS!! Angela is a mum of FIVE who has been using my programs since 2017, increasing her strength, fitness and confidence without spending any time in a gym. Before she found my #BBG program, getting a workout in was really hard for her because she lives in a rural area, and doesn't have access to a gym - but all that changed when she started BBG.

Fast forward to now, Angela is KILLING it and has smashed so many of her health and fitness goals. Not only has she grown stronger physically using BBG, she says that my program has completely changed her lifestyle and her attitude towards health and fitness.

Through BBG, Angela has learnt the importance of spending time looking after herself, and prioritising her workouts. She recognises that by looking after yourself, you are more capable of looking after others. 💪
