As a personal trainer, it’s SO important to me that workouts are available for as many women as possible. That’s why I’m so proud that I now have four different programs for the #BBGcommunity to choose from. Pick the one that suits you - for your fitness level, how you like to train, and what equipment you have available.

Here is a bit about each of my programs:
#BBG
✅ Can be done at home or in the gym
✅ Has 8 weeks of BBG Beginner for ladies starting their fitness journey
✅ 28-minute workouts
✅ 2-3 workouts a week
✅ 3 LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio sessions a week
✅ Uses minimal equipment (you just need a chair, dumbbells and a skipping rope for the first 24 weeks of BBG)

#BBGStronger
✅ Gym-based program
✅ Helps build confidence using gym equipment and machines
✅ 28-minute workouts
✅ 3 workouts a week
✅ 3 LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio sessions a week

#PostPregnancy
✅ For women who are looking to regain their strength and fitness after pregnancy, including women with Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)
✅ Can be done at home
✅ 16-week program, including 4 foundation weeks for women who have had a c-section, or experienced complications during birth
✅ Low-impact, 15-25 minute workouts

✅ Can be done at home or in the gym
✅ Requires absolutely zero equipment, and only the space of your mat
✅ Has 4 beginner weeks
✅ 28-minute workouts plus 15-minute express workouts
✅ 2-3 workouts a week
✅ 3 LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio sessions a week
