Lack of equipment? 👉 My program is specifically designed to include ZERO EQUIPMENT.
Lack of time? 👉 All workouts in my program are under 30 minutes, and I’ve also included NEW 13-minute EXPRESS workouts for those really busy days when you can’t get a full workout in.
Lack of space? 👉 All of the exercises in my program can be done on the space of your mat. So if you have room for a mat, you have room for a workout!
Kids? 👉 My program is PERFECT for women who can’t get to the gym and leave their kids. You can do this program from home while your kids are asleep, or let them watch you when they’re awake (Arna thinks my workouts are hilarious - and all for her personal entertainment. 😂)
