Working on that core strength this morning with some challenging but plank variations. Plank exercises/isometric holds are great for building core strength but can get a little boring so we’re adding a little razzle dazzle to those exercises with this routine! Give it a try and let me know how you go 💪
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with as little rest time as possible between exercises.
Allow 60 - 90 seconds rest between sets

30 sec Plank w/ Leg Lift
30 sec Commando Plank
30 sec Plank Rotation
30 sec Plank w/ Shoulder Tap
30 sec Side Plank w/ Hip Dip
