Back at it again with the booty (Glute) workouts but this time, we’ve working that core too 🔥 This workout has the best of both worlds so let’s get ittt 🍑 Time to grow some glorious glutes and tone those abs. Give this workout a try and make sure to save for later!

I’m using 2.5kg ankle weights for this workout but if you don’t have ankle weights feel free to do this workout without any equipment, you will still feel the burn 🔥

I have the full workout written on the final slide for quick reference. You just focus on making those GAINZ, I’ve got you boo 😘
