UPPER BODY! 💪

Toning and strengthening that upper body from home 🔥 As much as I love training legs and bootayyyy I do work upper body focused sessions into my program to build strength and tone my upper body. I really enjoyed this workout so I wanted to share it with you! It’s simple and effective 💪 I’m using 5kg dumbbells for this workout but feel free to change it up to suit you ☺️
