Is there a dream that you once held in your hear but that you’ve given up on? Was there something that you worked so hard for but it just never happened? Well, don’t give up hope.

Sometimes life can beat you down. Don’t try and avoid the lows. Instead, ask yourself how you can learn to pick yourself up from those valleys and rise up again, stronger and wiser each time.

When you remember this time of your life’s this year, these past few months, make a point to remember your dream, not only the heartbreak. Replay the good memories, let go of rehashing all your past mistakes.

All we have is this precious life, this short time to be here on Earth together. Cherish every day, every breath and let your life be a celebration of goodness, even and especially when all feels hopeless. Let go of old grudges, forgive yourself, find the energy to start again, over and over. Just because what you’re dreaming of hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it never will.
