My wish for you, for myself and for the world today is for us all to find more peace, more happiness and more love.

There is so much suffering in the world and it’s so easy to let your actions fuel even more suffering. Kindness can be learned just like hatred can be unlearned. If we cannot make harmony within ourselves and in our own lives, what hope is there for a peaceful, harmonious world?

Show up, do the work and find the way to let love in.

It may feel hard to start, but once the tide turns over towards love and forgiveness, the momentum builds and the inertia grows until love rolls in like a wave. It might feel scary to take the first step away from anger, bitterness and hate, but once you do, love can change your whole world (starting with yourself).

Love yourself. Forgive yourself.
Love the world. Forgive the world.
