That new activewear feeling 😍@lcouturecollections #ad 💕 It’s starting to get a bit colder here in Australia as we ease (throw ourselves) into winter. This super cute matching set by @lcouturecollections #lcgirl has got me covered (literally 💁‍♀️). Lately I’ve been starting off my day with an outdoor run/walk, it’s helped me clear my mind and plan for the busy day ahead of me. I think it’s important to allow yourself some “you” time, to process your thoughts and hone in on how you’re feeling without any distraction or external influence (and social distance at the same time).

On this mornings walk I did a bit of goal setting, some small and some huge, no medium goals because I have no chill and no middle ground but it helped me realise what I wanted to focus on and what my path would look like in order to achieve that. Give yourself this time because you owe it to yourself to become everything you’ve ever dreamed of. You’ve got this 👊
