But first, just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported yesterdays launch of the new Booty HIIT Program. So much time, effort and love was put into that program so that it could bring you some glorious gains. I’m so excited to start seeing everyones results and feedback about the program, no gonna lie, pretty proud of that bad boy. Booty HIIT includes a variety of HIIT and strength workouts to help create a strong, lean, toned body and I wanted to share an example of a conditioning workout with you.

This is a descending rep conditioning session. Each movement is performed for 10 reps, once each of these exercises are completed you perform 9 reps of each exercise. You continue this descending rep scheme all the way down to 1 rep per exercise. It’s challenging and fun and the descending reps adds a little razzle dazzle to the workout so make sure to TAG YOUR WORKOUT BUDDY and give this workout a try!
