Make sure to give this video some love (double tap) and save for later! We’re out here creating some glorious bubble butts using the DB Booty Band (link in my bio). Make sure to keep tension of the band for that extra booty burn. This workout follows a circuit format so complete the first exercise once before moving on to the next until you have completed every exercise in that set. Allow adequate rest between sets (60 – 90 seconds) and then repeat this 3 more times (4 sets in total)
