This workout doesn’t require any equipment and only takes 10 minutes (not including rest time). This session is a circuit format which means you complete one exercise, followed by the next until you complete every exercise in the set. Allow 30 – 60 seconds rest between sets before completing 3 more sets (4 in total). Give this ab burner a try and TAG YOUR BESTIE!

WORKOUT

- 30 sec Lying Leg Raise w/ Tuck
- 30 sec Toe Tap Sit Ups
- 30 sec Straight Leg Crunches
