Today’s delt workout was great! Pump had my @jed_north cloths fitting way different after a few sets!
Delts are a body part that, if developed, can compliment the rest of your entire body, which is why I work so hard on getting them as round and full as possible.
Typically I like to start my shoulder work with side raises in order to bring up my medial delt, but today I decided to switch it up and throw in a couple of pressing movements first.
Always keep your training interesting and switch things up when necessary 👊
