Today’s back workout was SERIOUS!
Rows on rows on rows.
I’m always looking for new ways to improve my back development, and today I drew some inspiration from a back workout I have seen on YouTube by @dallasmccarver (RIP see you in iron heaven one day brother) & @mattjansen8.
Today’s workout is as follows:
1️⃣ 5x10 lying T-Bar rows
2️⃣ 4x10 DB rows off the incline bench
3️⃣ 4x10 standing bent over DB rows
4️⃣ 5x10 seated machine rows
5️⃣ 3x15 rope pull downs
That was more then enough to tickle some fibers and have me busting out of my new @jed_north cut off tee!!
