Exercise has played such a critical role in the everyday happiness and quality of my life. ⁣

The day I started training was the day that my life forever had a purpose to it. Every day that I got to wake up, train, eat, and live the lifestyle was always a day that was fulfilling. ⁣
⁣
Not only did training provide a purpose within itself, but that confidence from the lifestyle translated to every other area of my life. When I am working out consistently, my relationships, my career, and overall happiness are at an all time high. ⁣
⁣
When you consistently are happy and exude positive energy, it’s amazing how many doors and opportunities can open for you because of the ownership and control you have of your own life. ⁣
⁣
My life purpose is to use what I have learned from my training, and to create that positive, happy feeling for everybody. ⁣
