Often times when I encounter a new person, I will ask them “what’s your greatest achievement in life? ⁣⁣

And I often get answers like “my dream home”, or “this expensive car I just got”, or even “the designer clothes I wear”⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Those aren’t achievments at all, those are Things⁣
⁣⁣
Who are YOU when all of those things are stripped away?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Are you a good person? Do you contribute to the growth of society? Do you help bring other people up? Who are you in the face of adversity? Do you get beaten down when you’re faced with a challenge or do you rise to the moment?⁣
⁣⁣
The most happy, successful and accomplished people I have ever come across are not those with the most money, but those who comstantly challenge themselves to get better. Those who will go out of their way to face adversity and always RISE TO THE OCCASION! That’s true character. ⁣⁣
