I can't tell you how many times over the last 10 years that people have said to me "You're too small, you'll never be able to have kids", "Why don't you want bigger boobs or a bigger bum?", "You're too skinny", "You're this, you're that". I also see this on my page about transformation photos I post, I see it everywhere.⁣⁣

There is a really strong reality here though, and that is someone else's opinion can only have an impact on you, if you let it. They may sound easier said than done, but it is very true. You know yourself, you know your morals, you have self respect, you know what is important to you in life, you make your own choices, you have complete control. ⁣⁣

Know who you are and be proud of yourself. 💛⁣⁣

I think that's what women should do. Look inwards. Look at all the things that you like about yourself and that you're proud of. Don't focus on the negativity because it's nothing to do with you, it's actually about the person that's saying it.⁣⁣
