For the ladies who have been asking, I am doing #BBGStronger for the #SWEATChallenge! When the challenge has ended, I’ll return to using the non challenge, original version of BBG Stronger in the @sweat app as it’s the program that makes me feel STRONGEST and most confident. 😁💪🏻 If you are new to exercise or want to try #BBG or BBG Stronger, here’s what you need to know:

✅ Has 8 weeks of BBG Beginner for ladies starting their fitness journey
✅ 28-minute workouts
✅ 2-3 workouts a week
✅ 3 LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio sessions a week
✅ Can be done at home or in the gym
✅ Uses minimal equipment
BBG Stronger
✅ Gym-based program
✅ Helps build confidence using gym equipment and machines
✅ 28-minute workouts
✅ 3 workouts a week
✅ 3 LISS (low-intensity steady state) cardio sessions a week
So, for both of my programs you'll only be working out for 1.5 hours per week IN TOTAL!! Plus LISS, you'll be doing just 3 hours of work A WEEK! I bet you can fit that into your schedule!!
