Something I often hear from the #BBGcommunity is that you want to use machines at the gym but you're not sure how they work or you're afraid of looking weak. Ladies, you do not need to be afraid. I'm here to tell you that these machines are not just “for the boys”, they're for YOU too and you're going to love them. Side note - I literally cringe that still I have to write things like that. ⁣⁣

This video includes some of my favourite machines that you can try next time you're in the gym. If you are unsure of anything, don’t be scared to just ASK someone, “How do I use this?” or “Can you help me?”. We ALL started somewhere, and you should never be embarrassed when you're trying to learn new things. Looking after yourself and wanting to learn is a sign of self respect. It shows that you care about YOU and you want what’s BEST for your body!! If you are contemplating whether to use the machines at the gym or not, I am telling you YES!! DO IT!! You will NOT regret it. ⁣⁣
