I remember my first bootcamp in London like it was yesterday. I remember thinking “Okay this was a dumb idea, no one is going to come”. I was standing behind two glass doors with absolutely NO idea how many people were there. I heard someone announce “Kaylllaaa Itsinnesss” and the doors opened. ⁣

I saw 2000 women standing in front of me clapping, cheering and hugging each other. I can’t even describe the feeling I felt in that second. The LUMP in my throat was huge and as I walked onto the stage I tried SO HARD not to burst into tears. ⁣
I couldn’t say much, but what I did manage to say is “I have NEVER seen so many women in the same room wanting to see another woman do well. You have NO idea how rare this is - thank you SO MUCH”. ⁣

That was 4 years ago and look at all of you now!!! The biggest and most supportive female fitness community in the world. ⁣
