It's better to have a healthy, balanced breakfast and then enjoy your morning coffee too!!⁣ ⁣ I usually have a coffee at around 9am because this gives my body time to wake up on it's own. I find if I have coffee as soon as I wake up, I have a big energy spike, but then I crash and need ANOTHER coffee later and it turns into a bad cycle!! I also find myself saying "I'm not hungry" even though I woke up sooo hungry before the coffee.⁣ ⁣ Everyday, I have a Turkish coffee (like the one in this picture) when I'm catching up with my grandparents at their house, then I might have another one at about 3pm if I start to feel tired.
