If you have a cold - you need to rest - simple as that. ⁣ ⁣ When you start to feel better, you can try going back to the gym, but ease yourself back into it. Try doing one of my 15 min Quick Workouts in the @SWEAT app and see how you go. You need to listen to your body and gauge how you're feeling. Don’t jump straight back into your normal training, slowly build your strength back up. You should always check with your doctor if you're unsure when to start exercising again.⁣ ⁣ Think about it. When you're sick, your body is working so hard to try and make you better, so you should do your best to rest and give it the best foods possible.⁣ ⁣ When I’m not feeling that great, I tend to eat things like fresh fruit and vegetables and warm soup. I would mix lemon, ginger, tumeric and pepper into a shot and take that in the morning.
