If you have been doing the #SWEATChallenge, I want you to reflect on everything you have achieved so far. How are you feeling right now? Are you okay?⁣ When I was returning to fitness after having Arna, I wanted someone to talk to, to ask me if I was okay, so I could explain how I felt. ⁣

So, if you haven't already, I also want you to actually WRITE DOWN how you feel. This is so useful to do because at the end of the challenge, you'll be able see your emotional and mental changes really clearly. The biggest piece of feedback I get from women who do my #BBG program is how different they feel MENTALLY and emotionally. It's always what we are always most surprised about!! I remember reading my journal and it was crazy to look back and read all the things I wrote. I don't feel any of those things now but I'm SOOOO GLAD I documented it so I can see how much I've improved mentally as well as physically! ⁣
