You’ve heard of hair conditioner, now get ready for BODY CONDITIONER… okay I’ll stop 😂 Let’s just smash this full body conditioning workout right... minus the shampoo. I said I’d stop, didn’t stop. Can’t stop, won’t stop 💁‍♀️ ͈

This is a descending rep conditioning session. Each movement is performed for 10 reps, once each of these exercises are completed you perform 9 reps of each exercise. You continue this descending rep scheme all the way down to 1 rep per exercise. It’s challenging and fun and the descending reps adds a little razzle dazzle to the workout so make sure to TAG YOUR WORKOUT BUDDY and give this workout a try!
