Hi hi hi, yes I am jet lagged and yes I’ve been awake since 3:30am 😅 BUT that means it’s time for an early morning workout and boy do I have an absolute BANGER for you today. Sippin’ on my absolute favourite @womensbest BCAAs in Watermelon! If you haven’t tried the watermelon, do yourself a favour and GET AMONGST IT! 🍉💪

You can do this workout with or without ankle weights, the ankle weights just add a little extra resistance to the exercises to make it more challenging. You can also add a resistance band to the Straight Leg Raises for further booty burn. I have sped up the exercises slightly in the video because it was hella boring to watch but make sure to keep these movements slow and controlled. Core AND Booty, I KNOW, doesn’t get much better than that make sure to TAG YOUR BESTIE and share those booty gainzzz 🍑
