I wanted to share a workout from my new @fitplan_app program GYM Active! This is a full body workout from week 1 of my 8 week gym based program! The program begins with 3 x workouts per week and progressively builds up to 5 x workouts per week for best results. When I first started training at the gym I was so nervous and intimidated and needed guidance. I created this program to help you build confidence training in the gym and create a strong, lean, toned body 💪 This program is suitable for both women and men and has been created for all fitness levels.
