It’s time to get sweatyyyy! Just wrapped up day 1 of the photoshoot here in Germany and keen to kick this jet lag for good! 🥴 This cardio sesh definitely helped burn off some energy so fingers crossed I sleep tonight (wish me luck! 🤞) If you’re looking for a fun way to mix up your training, burn some cals and make cardio a little less tedious then give this workout a try and remember to TAG YOUR WORKOUT BUDDY!
