The only piece of equipment required for this workout is a medicine ball. I’m using a 5kg medicine ball but you can use a weight plate, dumbbell or even a water bottle, get creative! Feel free to alter the resistance/exercises to suit your own personal fitness level and ability – now let’s sculpt those abs! 🔥
